Q: How often do you update your comic?

A: We update every week, whenever we can.

Q: How do you draw your strips?

A: We start with a rough scenario and dialogs. Then we do a very basic sketch on a piece of paper with whatever we can find to draw. The first two strips used to have a proper pencil sketch scanned, but we stopped doing that after the 3rd strip. We work in Flash and we draw from scratch with our super kick-ass Wacom tablets. Not the real kick-ass ones though, only the small Graphire ones. :(

We try to divide the work equally between us, but we don't always follow our own guidelines: Kat usually draws the backgrounds. Lou usually draws Dash and Riff and Kat draws Zep and Oort. The secondary characters just get drawn by whoever thinks of them first. Lou fixes up the outlines 'cause Kat's too messy for that. Then Kat puts in the colors and Lou shades the whole thing. The effects/text get added at the end by the both of us.
